Our Values

Anna oversees the strategic direction of LetHappen. She develops partnerships, inspires the team to create initiatives that support immigrants, and drives the organization’s growth. Her passion for development and her desire to make the world a better place lie at the heart of every LetHappen project.
Project President, LetHappen
Hanna Saldatsenka
Alisa has been a member of an immigrant support community for over a decade. She has helped thousands of immigrants to transition to a life in a new country and become valuable members of the American community
Aleksandr knows what life in America is like — not from stories, but from experience. His contribution to LetHappen is especially valuable — he manages all technical infrastructure to ensure that our courses, meetings, videos, and support work seamlessly.
All LetHappen shoots, podcasts, live broadcasts, and interviews feature Inna. She loves when a spark appears between the guests — and when the audience feels warmth, interest, and the desire to stay with us a little longer. Inna knows how to create an atmosphere where people open up and speak from the heart.
